A complete visual identity for HR Real Estate, created around a quiet, editorial approach to high-end property. The project included business cards, property and offer layouts, contracts, invoices, envelopes and a consistent system for presenting architectural documentation.

Each property was given its own carefully composed visual narrative. Existing client photography was cleaned, refined and enhanced, while AI-assisted image making was used to elevate selected imagery and create a more cohesive, high-end representation of each place. Architectural floor plans were redrawn and integrated into the same restrained visual language.

The result is a flexible identity that brings together branding, architecture and image-making, allowing every property to feel individual while remaining unmistakably part of HR Real Estate.
