We begin with a conversation and a detailed questionnaire about the space, its context, your needs and preferences, so we can set the right direction and scope from the start.

Moodboards, references and the initial atmosphere of the project.
( 03 )DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Functional layouts, visual language, materials, colours, 3D modelling and visualisations.
( 04 )TECHNICAL DESIGN
Technical documentation, detailed drawings and specifications required for execution.
( 05 )IMPLEMENTATION & SUPERVISION
Cost estimates and schedules, selection of contractors, purchasing lists, coordination and on-site supervision to ensure the design is executed consistently with the project.
The project timeline is agreed once the scope of work has been defined.

Can I order only visualisations?Yes. Visualisations can be developed from an existing 3D model and architectural documentation, or created from scratch.
Do you supervise the construction?Yes. On-site supervision ensures the design is executed consistently with the project, and we coordinate contractors when needed.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?Yes. The studio works with clients around the world, and the first conversation can take place online.
Who owns the copyright?When the project is complete, we transfer the economic copyright for all developed elements to the client. We reserve the right to present the project in our portfolio, online and for the studio’s marketing purposes.
